Abstract
The invention provides a primer pair for detecting infection in fish. The sequences of the primer pair are designed according to specific fragments of viruses or bacteria that infect fishes frequently. The primer pair is applied in a polymerase chain reaction for detecting infection in fish. The invention also provides a kit and a method for detecting infection in fish.
