Abstract
Provided is one kind of cavity apparatus of energy wave reflection device which is formed by collocating an energy wave source and a cavity curved sphere. Among above, the energy wave source is microwave or light and so on which is used to provide the energy. And the cavity curved sphere is the curved sphere composed of at least one Fresnel reflection device which is used to reflect such energy wave and makes it project to a platform. And the cavity curved sphere can be composed of a Fresnel reflection device and parts of the curved sphere, or being composed of at least two Fresnel reflection devices and parts of the curved sphere, or being fully composed of Fresnel reflection devices. The cavity apparatus provided in this invention also greatly improves the energy density, large area and uniformed energy of the projection area. And the cavity is provided with several high energy areas inside by which the savings of equipment space, equipment and manufacturing cost can be achieved.
