Abstract

The present invention provides a structure of super slim flat speaker, and the optimized design method, in which the structure includes a plate, a piezoelectric material, a conductive material, and the suspending edge. The simulation system for the optimized design method uses the energy method and the variance theorem as the basic theory, and uses the finite element method for the solution; wherein, the process also considers the electric energy system, the mechanical system, and the air load effect of the sound field system, and uses the Taguchi Method and Genetic Algorithm for the optimized design of the structure, so that under a lower resonance frequency the super slim flat speaker can maintain a sound pressure value approaching to the average sound pressure value at the high resonance frequency, and achieve the optimized sound quality and sound volume. The present invention is characterized in using the optimized procedure for the speaker structure to fully develop the advantage of sound quality speaker, which cannot only be produced in arbitrary planar shape, but also greatly improve the sound efficiency of speaker, with power saving and efficiency in usage, and also improve the disadvantage of too sharp the sound in high resonance frequency of the speaker.
