Abstract
A micropolymerase chain reaction apparatus uneasy to be affected by environment temperature comprises a chip, at least one connection unit linked to the chip, a fixed temperature unit and a control unit connected to the connection unit with electric. The control unit is used to detect and control the chip to keep the temperature between the set values on recurring. The fixed temperature unit is located beside the chip to provide a stable temperature around the chip and keep the environmental temperature around the chip approach to the set temperature. By the means of the design of a fixed temperature, the chip can be uneasy affected by environment temperature with a better efficiency of temperature control.
