Abstract
An active micro-fluidic mixing chip includes: a mixing layer located underneath, and a lamination layer stacked on the top. The mixing layer includes a mixing unit and four auxiliary units concavely disposed on one surface, and four deformation walls located between the mixing unit and the auxiliary units. The lamination layer includes four through holes from the top to the bottom going through the mixing layer. By introducing outside air to the auxiliary units and deforming them, the deformation walls are deformed to push a mixing channel of the mixing unit in order to agitate a first and a second fluids flowing through the mixing channels. The present invention provides an improved structure, which requires only a double-layered structure consisted of the mixing layer and lamination layer to provide effective mixing of different fluids. Therefore, the invention has the advantages of simple structure, simplified production steps, and reduced production cost, etc.
