Abstract
The invention provides a manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method of dichloropropanol, wherein the apparatus and the method are suitable for producing dichloropropanol by carrying out a reaction on glycerol and a hydrogen chloride aqueous solution in the presence of a catalyst. The manufacturing apparatus comprises at least a reactor, a first distillation tower, a first phase separator,a first gas compression device and a first heat exchange device, wherein the first distillation tower is connected to the reactor, the first phase separator and the first gas compression device are connected to the tower top of the first distillation tower, and the first heat exchange device is connected between the first gas compression device and the first phase separator through a first flow path, and is connected to the side wall of the first distillation tower through a second flow path. With the manufacturing apparatus and the manufacturing method of the present invention, the dichloropropanol manufacturing cost can be reduced.
