Abstract
An apparatus for manufacturing dichlorohydrin, which is suitable for generating dichlorohydrin through performing a reaction of glycerol and hydrogen chloride solution in an environment having catalyst. The apparatus for manufacturing dichlorohydrin includes at least one reactor, a first distillation column, a first decanter, a first vapor compressor and a first heat-exchange apparatus. The first distillation column is connected to the at least one reactor. The first decanter and the first vapor compressor are connected to a top portion of the first distillation column. The first heat-exchange apparatus is connected between the first vapor compressor and the first decanter through a first flow path, and is connected to a sidewall of the first distillation column through a second flow path.
