Abstract
本发明提供一种光学材料应力量测系统，前述光学材料应力量测系统包含待测试片、起偏镜、检偏镜、光源、取像设备及运算装置。运算装置运用四步相位移运算及等色线强化运算可以对应修正低应力下难以侦测的问题及提升量测效果，本发明之的光学材料应力量测系统以更简化的硬体硬件系统完成穿透式或反射式的精确全场量测作业。
