Abstract
The invention provides a photosensing unit, comprising a patterning shading conducting layer which is arranged on a transparent baseplate, a cushioning dielectric layer, a patterning semiconductor layer and a dielectric layer which are in turn arranged on the patterning shading conducting layer, wherein, the patterning semiconductor layer comprises an essential area, a first doped region and a second doped region which are arranged on the two sides of the essential area. The photosensing unit of the invention further comprises a patterning non-light tight conducting layer arranged on the dielectric layer to cover the juncture of the essential area and the first doped region as well as the juncture of the essential area and the second doped region, and the patterning non-light tight conducting layer is electrically connected to the patterning shading conducting layer.
