Abstract
The invention discloses an optical sensing unit, a pixel structure and a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel which are provided with the optical sensing unit. The pixel structure is suitable for being arranged on a substrate and comprises a display unit and an optical sensing unit. The display unit comprises a driving element and a pixel electrode. The driving element is arranged on the substrate;the pixel electrode is electrically connected with the driving element. The optical sensing unit comprises a photo-current readout element, a photo-shield electrode, a photosensitive dielectric layerand a transparent electrode. The photo-shield electrode is electrically connected with the photo-current readout element; the photosensitive dielectric layer is arranged on the photo-shield electrode. The transparent electrode is arranged on the photosensitive dielectric layer, wherein, the photosensitive dielectric layer is clamped between the photo-shield electrode and the transparent electrode.
