Abstract
The invention relates to an optical sensor, comprising a sensing film transistor and a photo diode. The sensing film transistor has a gate and a base. The photo diode has an intrinsic semiconductor region and electrically connected with the gate and the base of the sensing film transistor. The sensing film transistor and the photo diode are in a structure which contains low temperature polysilicon materials. A display panel comprising the optical sensor also is revealed.
