Abstract
The present invention is about an optically-induced cell lysis biochip, including a upper substrate which is made by transparent electric conductive materials; a lower substrate which is made by transparent electric conductive materials; a photoconductive material layer which is located between the lower surface of the upper substrate or the upper surface of the lower substrate; and a chamber which is located between the upper substrate and the lower substrate. First, the upper substrate and the lower substrate are applied an alternative-current voltage. The electric resistance of photoconductive materials would decrease by light illumination to let electric current concentrate between specific area and therefore to induce the electric field to accomplish the cell lysis.
