Abstract
This invention provides a light conversion device, which includes an illuminating unit, a photoelectric conversion unit, and a conductive bonding layer. The photoelectric conversion unit is capable of converting an optical signal into an electrical signal when receiving a reverse bias. The conductive bonding layer is disposed between the illuminating unit and photoelectric conversion. By applying a forward bias to the illuminating unit, and applying a reverse bias to the photoelectric unit while allowing an external light to illuminate the photoelectric unit, the illuminating unit would generate a modulated light which having a light frequency different from that of the external light.
