Abstract
The present invention relates to an array-type hearing aid with 3D (dimensional) sound effects, useing an array-type microphone to receive at least one sound source signal then outputted to the digital signal processor. The digital signal processor establishes a sound beam and scans the direction of the sound source signal according to the proceeding procedure of sound source signal. The array signal processing method includes a super directive method and a delay-and-sum method. The array signal processing method is used to perform the direction estimation and sound beam formation. In other words, the super directive method is used to enhance the sound source directionality and the noise ratio of the signal to the sound source so as to obtain the maximum sound source signal. The delay-and-sum method is utilized to perform the direction estimation to find out the sound source direction so as to generate a 3D sound effect by incorporating the frequency compensation system and the head-related transfer function.
