Abstract
The present invention discloses a low bias trimmed current sense amplifier and an operating method thereof. The low bias trimmed current sense amplifier comprises a sensing unit, an equalization unit, and a bias compensation unit. The sensing unit includes a sense amplifier, a latch circuit, a first precharge bit line, and a second precharge bit line. The equalization unit electrically connected with the first precharge bit line and the second precharge bit line is used to adjust the potential of the first precharge bit line and the potential of the second precharge to be the same. The bias compensation unit electrically connected with the sense amplifier and the latch circuit is used to compensate an input offset voltage of the current sense amplifier.
