Abstract
A power-saving method of an image sensing device is applicable on an image sensing device having a sensor array, a read circuit and a reference voltage generation circuit, in which the sensor array generates image data. The method includes the following steps of enabling a reference voltage generation circuit to output a first reference voltage to the read circuit when the read circuit reads image data, enabling the read circuit to operate and generate a first power consumption, enabling the reference voltage generation circuit to output a second reference voltage to the read circuit when the read circuit stops reading image data, and enabling the read circuit to operate and generate a second power consumption, wherein the first power consumption is greater than the second power consumption.
