Abstract
The present invention discloses a volatility-type device for isolation and purification comprising a substrate and at least one separation region. The surface of the at least one separation region comprises at least one immobilization layer. When a mixture solution which comprises a substance to be separated is dropped on the at least one separation region, each of the substances to be separated is immobilized on the immobilization layer respectively by using volatility or hysteresis of the mixture solution itself.
