Abstract
The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing open-cell foaming using biodegradable recycled material which mainly includes: the allocation process, in which the biodegradable recycled materials of proper MI value and foaming agents are added with proper ratios according to the composition property of polymer biological materials and desirable open-cell level; the blending process, in which the polymer biological materials, the biodegradable recycled materials, foaming agents and the auxiliary are uniformly blended to granulate; the foaming process, in which the biodegradable recycled materials are stored for a long time to be useless and cracking or going through the heat history more than one time, and therefore resulting in the amount of polymers sharply decreasing to easily create a compatible but separate phase principle in the inner body of polymer biological materials because of high temperature. In the foaming process, the cracking is formed to the vapor phase so as to achieve the foaming and open-cell purpose.
