Abstract
An accelerometer includes a static unit and a movable unit. The static unit has a plurality of first conductive parts and a plurality of second conductive parts. The movable unit connected with the static unit includes a body, a plurality of third conductive parts and a plurality of fourth conductive parts. The body has an opening, wherein the third conductive parts are located at an outer border of the body and are disposed respectively opposite to the first conductive parts, and the fourth conductive parts are located at the inner border of the body corresponding to the outer border, and are disposed respectively opposite to the second conductive parts.
