Abstract
The present invention discloses a multi-objective semiconductor product capacity planning system and method thereof. The system comprises a data input module, a capacity planning module and a computing module. The data input module is used to input machine information, product information and order information. According to the demand quantity of order, with machine information and product information, the capacity planning module planning for the capacity allocation to determine the satisfy number of the order. The capacity allocation information is used to form a gene combination by a chromosome encoding method. The computing module calculates the gene combination several times to generate a plurality of candidate solutions by using multi-objective genetic algorithm. Sorting the plurality of candidate solutions to form a new gene combination by using multiple planning objectives as an evaluation criteria. Repeat the calculation to form a candidate solution set until the stop condition is met. Than converting the candidate solution set to several suggested plans.
