Abstract
This invention presents a method for real-time controlling resin transfer molding process, to control the perfusion pressure of a resin in a resin transfer molding equipment. The method comprises steps: inputting a current perfusion pressure, a current permeability coefficient, and a current flow time wave front position of the resin within a resin transfer molding process to be controlled into the predictive control model, accordingly outputting the predictive perfusion pressure of next flow time of the resin to enable the resin flowing in the light of wave front expected position of next flow time to accomplish the stable quality of resin transfer molding.
