Abstract
This invention provides a film reacting device with reaction heat recycling, in which comprises a film reactor that includes a reacting pipe, a film and a blowing pipe. An exothermic reaction takes place inside a reacting room of the reacting pipe and a generated gas and reaction heat are produced. The generated gas enters the blowing pipe by going through the film surrounding the reaction room. Blowing gas enters the blowing pipe to bring out the generated gas and the reaction heat. The reaction heat brought out by the blowing gas is then released in a heat exchanger to be recycled for further use in another endothermic processes. The generated gas is either separated or taken into other reactions along with the blowing gas.
