Abstract
The present invention discloses a portable optical detection chip, which includes a substrate, plural avalanche-type photosensitive component modules and plural plane mirrors. The said plural avalanche-type photosensitive component modules are disposed on the said substrate. Each of the avalanche-type photosensitive module includes plural avalanche-type photosensitive components and plural lens. Each of the said lens is stacked on the avalanche-type photosensitive component. The said plural plane mirrors are disposed between the said modules and separate the modules from each other.
