Abstract
A machine tool mainly comprises a machine table, a main shaft, and an electric heating piece. The machine table has an upright column and a main shaft support member connected to the upright column. The main shaft is rotationally arranged on the main shaft support member of the machine table. The electric heating piece is arranged on the main shaft support member of the machine table and located on the side of the main shaft on which the amount of thermal deformation is smaller. Through the regulation of the electric heating piece, the non-linear thermal deformation of the main shaft can be reduced to the lowest extent, thereby achieving the effect of improving processing precision.
