Abstract
A new reusable bio-measurement structure, which can remove single helix of entire or partial complementary hybridized nucleic acid and remain the other helix on said structure, would be proposed in this invention. To decouple the measured complementary hybridized nucleic acid, external energy is applied and one helix of said hybridized nucleic acid will be removed. This invention establishes one or plural removing devices. The said removing devices includes one or plural heaters, one or plural coils or one or plural external energy applying devices on the said measurement structure. The said removing devices could apply the external energy into the said complementary hybridized nucleic acid. However the chemical composition and characteristic of the other single helix on the said measurement structure remains.
