Abstract
The present invention discloses a fitness function analysis system and an analysis method thereof. In the invention, the initial module initiates a plurality of reference solutions. Based on the fitness functions of the reference solutions, the searching module searches the adjacent fitness functions close to the fitness functions. While an adjacent fitness function close to the fitness function is larger than the fitness function, the search module replaces the fitness function to the adjacent fitness function. The calculating module calculates the proportion of any fitness function to the summation of the fitness functions. While the searching counts that the searching module searches for an adjacent function close to the fitness function are over a threshold value and no adjacent fitness function is larger than the fitness function, the processing module generates another fitness function corresponding to the fitness function, and compares the two fitness functions.
