Abstract
Disclosed is a micro-droplet injector apparatus having nozzle arrays without individual chambers, comprising a substrate, a droplet ejection layer and a plurality of bubble generators, wherein the substrate and the droplet ejection layer form therebetween a liquid preservation space. The liquid preservation space has no separator connecting the substrate and the droplet-ejecting layer, this means that the liquid preservation space containing no individual chamber. The droplet ejection layer has a plurality of through holes arranged in an array, and each through hole serves as an ink ejection nozzle. The plurality of bubble generators are arranged above the substrate and correspondingly disposed under the lower sides of the through holes. The bubble generators that are located on the two sides of a designated bubble generators generate at least one position-limiting bubble which limits the growth of a primary bubble generated by the designated bubble generator.
