摘要

本發明提供一種固體銅碳觸媒的製備方法,其包含下列步驟:提供一銅前驅物溶液、進行一霧化步驟、進行一乾燥步驟以及進行一煅燒步驟。銅前驅物溶液包含一銅前驅物、一碳載體與一第一溶劑。在霧化步驟中,是將銅前驅物溶液分散,以形成複數個銅前驅物液滴。在乾燥步驟中,是對銅前驅物液滴進行乾燥,以形成複數個銅前驅物粉末。在煅燒步驟中,是對銅前驅物粉末進行煅燒,以形成複數個固體銅碳觸媒。據此,本發明所製備出來的固體銅碳觸媒的生產成本較低,有利於進行大規模的合成製造,且催化完畢後無需複雜的純化步驟即可分離。 According to the present disclosure, a manufacturing method of a solid copper-carbon catalyst includes the following steps: a copper precursor solution is provided, a spraying step is performed, a drying step is performed and a calcining step is performed. The copper precursor solution includes a copper precursor, a carbon carrier and a first solvent. In the spraying step, the copper precursor solution is dispersed to form a plurality of copper precursor drops. In the drying step, the copper precursor drops are dried to form a plurality of copper precursor powders. In the calcining step, the copper precursor powders are calcined to form a plurality of solid copper-carbon catalysts. Therefore, the solid copper-carbon catalyst produced by the present disclosure has lower manufacturing cost, and is favorable for large-scaled manufacturing process. Also, the solid copper-carbon catalyst can be removed without complicated purification steps after catalysis.
