Abstract
The present invention relates to an image-sensing device comprising a sensor array, a horizontal counter, and a first and a second exposure counters, the sensor array sequentially generates and outputs the pixel data located on the horizontal lines of the first and the second frames, where the first and the second frames jointly have the total horizontal lines and a frame duration, and a first and a second delayed horizontal lines respectively; the horizontal counter finishes counting the total horizontal lines within the frame duration of the first and the second frames respectively; the first exposure counter resets to zero and starts to count when the horizontal counter reaches the first delayed horizontal line within the frame duration of the first frame so as to read out the pixel data of the first frame; and the second exposure counter resets to zero and starts to count when the horizontal counter reaches the second delayed horizontal line within the frame duration of the second frame so as to read out the pixel data of the second frame.
