Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent shaft connector identification method based on an augmented reality interface, and the method comprises the following steps: providing a first interface, enabling an operator to select real-time images of a flange at different visual angles, and building a virtual flange surface according to the plurality of real-time images; providing a second interface to enable an operator to select three circumferential points corresponding to the flange so as to establish a virtual flange model with a virtual outer diameter; providing a third interface to enable an operator to adjust the virtual hole site circle diameter of the virtual flange model from the third interface; providing a fourth interface for an operator to adjust the virtual thickness of the virtual flange model; providing a fifth interface for an operator to input the number of bolts; and searching a database according to the virtual outer diameter, the virtual hole site circle diameter and the virtual thickness of the virtual flange model to obtain a query result. The method can be combined with an augmented reality interface technology to automatically search a database, find out the most probable specification of the flange, and omit the steps of dismounting and measuring the flange.
