Abstract
A method of substrate surface modification includes: performing an O2 plasma treatment on a substrate; coating hydrophilic UV curing glue uniformly on the substrate; disposing the substrate into an oxygen-free environment; and exposing to an UV light source to cure the hydrophilic UV curing glue.
