Abstract
The invention is a consensus-based power control apparatus, which comprises a real power control module and a reactive power control module. The real power control module provides real power command signals and receives real power input signals of a first power input apparatus. The real power consensus unit provides real power consensus signals between the first and second power input apparatuses. The frequency restoration unit generates frequency restoration signals according to the real power consensus signals, so that the real power control module can generate real power output signals. The reactive power control module provides reactive power command signals and receives reactive power input signals of the first power input apparatus. The reactive power consensus unit provides reactive power consensus signals between the first and second power input apparatuses. The voltage restoration unit generates voltage differential restoration signals according to the reactive power consensus signals, so that the reactive power control module can generate reactive power output signals. Thereby, the invention can control the real power and reactive power input signals (i.e. actual real power and reactive power output) of the first power input apparatus in a grid system.
