Abstract
A multi-component alloy coating layer is disclosed, which is composed of five to ten types of major elements selected from twelve elements consisting of iron, Cobalt, Nickel, Chromium, Silicon, Aluminum, Titanium, Vanadium, Copper, Zirconium, Molybdenum and Manganese, in which every major element has a percentage of 4% to 35% in an atomic composition of the multi-component alloy coating layer and at least two major elements have percentages greater than 10% in composition of the multi-component alloy coating layer. The thickness of coating layer is between 0.05 mm and 0.5 mm and the multi-component alloy coating layer is sprayed onto an object-to-be-coated by heat spray or melt spray.
