Abstract
A manufacturing method of a multi-layered arrangement exhaust gas purification reactor comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a plurality of electro catalyst conversion units; (2) providing a front filter plate and a rear filter plate that are arranged to space from each other and comprise a plurality of filtering zones that supports the electro catalyst conversion units and a plurality of hollowed flowing zones; (3) setting the front filter plate and the rear filter plate in such a way as to be alternate with each other; and (4) mounting the front filter plate and the rear filter plate respectively on an inlet and an outlet end of a bracket respectively to have the inlet end, the flowing zones of the front filter plate and the rear filter plate, and the outlet end collectively define a flow channel that allows a waste gas to flow therethrough thereby completing the manufacture. Therefore, the present invention allows the electro catalyst conversion units to be exposed in the flow channel to serve as a reaction side for purification of the waste gas without the need to additionally arrange a gas reduction system so as to help reduce the size and the manufacturing cost.
