Abstract
This invention introduces a clamping-type regulated-cascade gain amplifier circuit, which contains a positive branch, a negative branch, two auxiliary amplifiers, and a clamping structure. The positive branch has a positive output and the negative branch has a negative output. Both positive and negative branches have cascade-transistor structures, where the transistors are connected in cascade. Each of the two auxiliary amplifiers has a positive input terminal, a negative input terminal, a positively biased output terminal, and a negatively biased output terminal. The clamping structure has the first diode and the second diode. The front terminal of the first diode is electrically connected to the end terminal of the second diode and the front terminal of the second diode is electrically connected to the end terminal of the first diode. Besides, the two auxiliary amplifiers are connected to the clamping structure, respectively, and the positively biased output terminal and the negatively biased output terminal are connected to the two terminals of the diode in the corresponding clamping structure, respectively.
