Abstract
The present invention provides a hybrid nanomaterial electrode, comprising an electrode pair, which is disposed separating by a space; at least three pairs of metal nanowire, connecting the electrode pair respectively by crossing the space in between; at least a detecting material, connecting the pairs of metal nanowire, wherein the detecting material is a semiconductor nanostructure or a conductor nanostructure. The hybrid nanomaterial electrode of the present invention can be applied to a volatile organic compounds detector, and has the advantage of providing high sensitive, with low detect limit, and the ability of operating under room temperature.
