Abstract
A nano-particle containing apparatus, a nano-particle detection system and a method are disclosed. The nano-particle containing apparatus includes a shell, an air pumping device and a negative pressure control system. The shell has a containing space for disposing a plurality of nano-particles. A surface of an inside wall of the shell has an active self-clean function. The negative pressure control system controls the negative pressure status of the containing space. The active self-clean function is that nano-particles adhered to the inside wall are removed into the containing space first. The nano-particles are then discharged by the air pumping device from the containing space.
