Abstract
The present invention provides ovarian cancer-specific aptamers, which were selected in vitro using SELEX and a microfluidic chip system. The aptamers can also bind to different histologically-classified ovarian cancer cells with high affinity accordingly. Therefore, the aptamers of the present invention and the application thereof can not only be used in detection of ovarian cancer cells but also be applied in recognition of different histologically-classified ovarian cancer cells.
