Abstract
An aptamer specific to ovarian cancer and a detection method for ovarian cancer are provided. The aptamer includes a following nucleotide sequence: 5’-ncaaannncnnnnanncnnnnnnnnnnngaannnannngg-3’, wherein n is a nucleotide selected from “a”, “t”, “c” and “g”.
