Abstract
The present invention provides an aptamer specific to colorectal cancer stem cells and comprises nucleotide sequences of Seq ID: NO. 6 or the complementary nucleotide sequences of Seq ID: NO. 7. The aptamer of the present invention specific to colorectal cancer stem cell may be applied colorectal cancer detection and provide a detection method having non-invasive, fast and convenient properties.
