Abstract
A manufacturing method of exhaust gas purification reactor is provided. The exhaust gas purification reactor may be an exhaust gas purification reaction pipe or an exhaust gas purification reaction honeycomb. The manufacturing method of exhaust gas purification reaction pipe comprises steps: cladding a cathode layer and an anode layer on an outer wall surface and an inner wall surface of a pipe body respectively, and forming a closed reductive environment in an internal channel of the pipe body. The manufacturing method of exhaust gas purification reaction honeycomb comprises steps: cladding a cathode layer and an anode layer on a first inner wall surface of a first channel and a second inner wall surface of a second channel of the honeycomb body respectively, and forming a closed reductive environment in the second channel. Thus, the present invention employs the cathode layer as an reaction site for purifying the exhaust gas. There is no need to additionally dispose a gas reduction system to reduce the volume and manufacturing cost.
