Abstract
There is provided a method for adjusting the frame rate, which is suitable for an image sensing device. The image sensing device has a sensor array and a counter. The sensor array sequentially generates pixel data on plural horizontal lines in plural frames. Each frame has a predetermined first horizontal line number. The method comprises the steps of: providing a second horizontal line number larger than the first horizontal line number; making the sensor array output pixel data; making the counter count the number of horizontal lines on which the output data pixels are located; when the count value of the counter is larger than the first horizontal line number; making the sensor array stop outputting pixel data; when the count value of the counter reaches the second horizontal line number; resetting the counter to zero and making the sensor array restart to output pixel data.
