Abstract
A kind of micro-sampling apparatus includes from top to bottom stacked air cushion molded plate, a fluidic molded channel plate and substrate. The fluidic molded channel plate and the air cushion molded plate are assembled to generate a three-valved air cushion. And three- valved components are located at the bottom of the valved air cushion, a liquid collected hole, and a air sampling hole. The combination of substrate and fluidic molded channel plate generates the sampling groove path linked between the air sampling hole and liquid collected hole, a drainage channel where the sampling liquid flows linked with the sampling groove path, the suction fluidic channel linked with the sampling groove path. Through the structural design of the molded plate and substrate, the multiple micro-volume liquid samples can be obtained precisely using micro-sampling device.
