Abstract
The present application relates to a micro-mechanical driving device and its manufacturing method for applying to drive a passive object. The device includes: a substrate for being flexibly connected with the passive object; a driving force generator arranged on the substrate; a transmission rod having a first part and a second part for flexibly connecting to the driving force generator and the passive object; and a supporting point arranged between the transmission rod and the substrate for transferring the displacement of the first part of the transmission rod produced by the driving force generator to the second part of the transmission rod and amplifying the same. The cross sectional shape of the transmission rod completed by the manufacturing method has protruded objects on the surface in the thickness direction.
