Abstract
本發明提供一種微流道晶片及其使用方法。微流道晶片包括一基材，具有一表面；至少一組織培養區，形成於基材之表面，組織培養區具有一微流道，係由複數個具有預定深度之幾何形結構所連接形成(噴嘴型結構)，微流道具有一輸入口與一輸出口，分別位於微流道之兩端以供培養液之輸入及輸出，並在微流道底部開設有至少一氣體交換孔。利用此種微流道晶片進行體外組織的培養，可降低邊界流速及應力，有效延長體外組織如肝臟組織的培養存活時間。
