Abstract

A microfluidic chip is disclosed, which comprises a substrate, an air injection laminate, an air chamber laminate and a fluid channel laminate sequentially stacked from bottom to top. The microfluidic chip further comprises a plurality of peristaltic pump mechanisms respectively used for driving fluid in microfluidic channels; two mixing mechanisms used for respectively mixing the liquid in a tank; and a plurality of valve mechanisms respectively located between the microfluidic channels and the peristaltic pump mechanisms. Each valve mechanism comprises a door plate portion downwardly protruded into the microfluidic channel; an elastic stop portion air-tightly pushed against the door plate portion and used for blocking the microfluidic channel; and a valve air chamber allowing the stop portion to detach from the door plate portion. According to the microstructure designs such as the microfluidic channels, the peristaltic pump mechanisms, the valve mechanisms and the mixing mechanisms, the present invention can significantly reduce the usage of biopsy and reagent used for making C-reactive protein (CRP) luminescent label liquid, reduce manufacturing time, and raise the limitation of testing.
