Abstract
A florescence analyzer for a microfluidic chip which can be used with a microfluidic chip, comprising a machine platform, a positioning device for positioning a chip, a magnetic suction device capable of generating a magnetic force to attract and position the magnetic bead in the chip, an inflation device for actuating the pump mechanism and the valve mechanism of the chip, an optical detection device that emits a laser beam at the chip and senses the florescence emitted by the chip, and a programmable automatical central control device for controlling the operation of the aforementioned devices. The structural design of the florescence analyzer which combines with the microfluidic chip is capable of performing fully automated detection process; furthermore, via the magnetic bead in the microfluidic chip, specimen, and immuno florescence of antibody detection, qualification and quantitative analysis on specific micro-organisms attached to the magnetic bead can also be performed rapidly, saving time and providing utility.
