Abstract
The present invention is about a micro-mixer chip, including a substrate having a surface; a fluidic channel layer, which is connecting with said surface of the substrate, which having a mixing chamber and a single-opening fluidic channel. One side of the single-opening fluidic channel is closed and the other side is connecting with the mixing chamber. And the top layer of the single-opening fluidic channel is made by flexible materials; and an air chamber layer, which is above the fluidic channel layer, having an air-injecting pore, at least one air chamber and an air channel which is connecting the air chamber and the air-injecting pore. The number and location of the air chamber is corresponding to the single-opening fluidic channel of the fluidic channel layer.
