Abstract
The present disclosure provides a microbial composition including an effective amount of a microorganism of Exiguobacterium sp., and the microbial composition has ability for degrading polyvinyl alcohol. Therefore, because the microorganism of Exiguobacterium sp. has a polyvinyl alcohol degrading activity, the microbial composition of the present disclosure can be applied to degrade polyvinyl alcohol of an industrial wastewater or an industrial waste, so that the microbial composition of the present disclosure has application potential in the relevant market.
