Abstract
A detection method of cardiovascular disease biomarkers comprises the following steps: a biosensing transistor containing a matrix and a reaction electrode which are spaced is prepared, wherein the matrix has a source electrode, a drain electrode which is spaced with the source electrode, and a grid terminal positioned between the source electrode and the drain electrode; the reaction electrode has an electrode body and a receptor which is arranged on the surface of the electrode body and bonds to the electrode body; a ligand fluid which can react with the receptor and has a biomarker is combined to the receptor, pulse voltage capable of regulating pulse width and height is applied onto the reaction electrode, voltage difference is generated between the reaction electrode and the grid terminal and capacitance effect is achieved, and detection current generated from the matrix is measured and calculated within the pulse width so as to obtain a first sensing index. The method of the invention can be adopted to directly detect the biomarker in the ligand fluid with the field-effect transistor at hyper-salt concentration.
